Starting in property management over 18 years ago, Tammy began her path through interior design working for Trammel Crowe and Lexin Capital providing leasing and property upgrades. Turning her attention to Orlando’s vacation rental industry, Tammy worked with several property managers to upgrade and furnish vacation rentals throughout Orlando. Her experience has allowed her to design a range of properties ranging from 2-bedroom condominiums to 14-bedroom mansions. She has had the privilege of furnishing and decorating model homes for a national builder, and her decorating articles and furnished homes have been featured in local magazines. Tammy is committed to helping each client realize their dream vacation home at an affordable price.

Melanie King joined the Dream Vacation Interiors’ team in 2019. With a degree in Interior Design from Florida International University and ten plus years of experience in the building construction industry, Melanie is knowledgeable in commercial architecture, residential design, and even custom furniture painting. She has spent the past three years with a focus on kitchen and bath design, and has experience in smaller upgrades such as new countertops, backsplash, and flooring, as well as larger renovations including full kitchen and bathroom makeovers. Melanie loves to see the transformation of a space and can assist with any project from minor upgrades to moving walls. Her eye for combining aesthetics can help create an updated transitional feel in your personal home, or home away from home, vacation rental.
